The Maine Lakes Conservancy Institute is a registered 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. All gifts of cash and materials to MLCI are fully tax deductible per IRS regulation.

We receive no tax dollars to support our programs. All of our funding comes from individuals, foundations, and corporations who voluntarily give themselves to support our mission.
